Phat PSP's only... All you need is a device that gives off a infrared signal with one ir port, signaler, and something to receive the signal, like a tv or whatever that device controls. This is my tutorial on how to use IrShell to learn remote codes and here is the website for IrShell. www.irshell.org If you don't know what IrShell is, its an app that can make the psp do somethings that it couldn't before like emulating a remote or having the ability to play a game while listening to your playlist at the same time. Enjoy and don't forget to watch the video well. It tends to jump around becuase I didn't feel like editing. PS I have more videos that could use some viewing. It would mean alot if you watched them too. their dumb. and If you're using an RCA code or remote, i don't think you're going to have a good time with this. I couldn't get my tv to work with the PSP. As for the frequencies, if you're having trouble picking them up, toggle anywhere between 30-60 Khz i did some searching, and theses seem to be the most common. good luck.
